K. Taro Hashimura

Born in NYC and raised within the photo industry, Taro has been creating images since he obtained his first F-1 when he turned twelve. He's been fortunate enough to have assisted some of the most-respected icons of the industry -- Albert Watson, Hans Gissinger, and, of course, his own father, Hashi.

Having travelled extensively abroad and within the states, Taro has settled in NYC to expand his own career, and to do his part to keep the cultural vitality of the city alive amidst its constant challenges and changes.
